In the last two-three years Estes Park has become very multinational and multilingual place. And this is what we love about this town and about this country – welcoming and receptive, caring and warm to every resident regardless of their nationality. Not a surprise that new restaurants with very different cuisine from American food have grown in popularity in town as well. This is how we came up with an idea of Spice Tree Restaurant & Bar – Globally Inspired Comfort Food. It is not only about international comfort food, it is really our story as immigrants who came to this country with hopes and desire to work very hard to build our dreams. We would like to share it with you through our food. The story of us is the story of Nepalese cuisine, Indian curries, Greek and Mexican specialties, and of course best American favorites that all of us absolutely must have. What we realized after running Fajita Rita’s since August 2016 (presently Spice Tree), is that we would like to try something new and fresh, something that we know well and are passionate about, and share it with our guests. I am sure that every resident of this town would love to see something different as well: creative dishes, new and unexpected flavors, bold and modern cuisine trends. Our fare is an eclectic fusion of Asian rice bowls, tacos, curries, classic favorite American burger, marinated lamb and baklava with pistachio ice cream. A little bit of world cuisines but the most exciting of them all, very rich and delicious food in a very casual and friendly place. Come, give us a try. We just recently opened our doors and are very anxious to see you all and tell us what you think!
Our restaurant is available for private events: weddings, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event.
